On liquid propane it delivers 65,000 BTU; convert it to natural gas and that figure rises to 80,000 BTU, which is enough output to make a cool evening genuinely comfortable rather than just theoretically warmer.

The table itself is a study in layered materiality. The top surface is cast in Midnight Mist Supercast™ concrete — a dense, refined finish that reads as stone without the seismic-event weight of a solid slab. Beneath it, a lower tier clad in Absolute Black granite tile grounds the piece visually, while the base is finished in Midnight Storm stucco over a black aluminum frame. The result is a table that looks like it was specced by an architect rather than assembled from a catalog.

Practically speaking, the Uptown is engineered to disappear the less glamorous details. A sliding access door in the base conceals a standard 20 lb propane tank so the fuel source stays out of sight. The electronic direct spark ignition means no fumbling with a match or a lighter wand — one click and the fire is live. Fifteen pounds of clear tempered fire glass gems are included, along with a grey glass burner cover for when you want the table surface clean and the fire off.

The table ships ready for LP use and includes everything needed to run it: hose and regulator, gas valve, metal flex hose, and electronic piezo controls. A natural gas orifice is included for conversion. Optional accessories — a glass wind guard (GLASS-GUARD-1242) and a protective cover (CVR6549) — are available separately and worth considering if the table will live outside year-round.

On the warranty side, the stainless steel burner carries a limited lifetime warranty. The structural components are covered for three years, while ignition electronics and finish are each warranted for one year. The table is UL Listed and manufactured in the USA using domestic and imported components.
