The Crystal Fire Plus 24" x 24" burner starts where most fire pit components stop: commercial-grade #304 stainless steel construction, UL and ULC listed to ANSI Z21.97-2017/CSA 2.41-2017, and a limited lifetime warranty on the burner pan itself. This is the hardware that goes under your fire glass and stays there — built to outlast the decision to build around it.

On propane, the burner outputs 105,000 BTUs; converted to natural gas using the included orifice, it runs at 80,000 BTUs. The conversion kit is in the box, so you're not hunting for additional parts to make your fuel choice work. Setup defaults to liquid propane and includes an LP hose and regulator, metal flex hose, and ball valve — everything needed to get fire going without a secondary order.

Ignition is push-button piezo, manual and straightforward. There's no app, no Bluetooth pairing, no firmware update required to make flames appear. The safety system monitors the flame continuously and shuts off gas automatically if the flame is extinguished — a meaningful feature when you're dealing with an open fire outdoors and would rather not think about it.

The burner ships with 20 lbs of diamond/clear tempered fire glass gems, which is enough to fill the pan and create the reflective, glowing bed that makes a fire pit worth looking at. On a standard 20 lb propane tank, runtime lands between 8 and 16 hours depending on the output level you dial in.

The Positive Connect gas connection system minimizes the number of fittings involved, which reduces leak points and simplifies the installation significantly.
