The Cove 72" Linear Fire Table starts with a single, telling number: 465 pounds. Running the full length of the table is The Outdoor GreatRoom Company's Crystal Fire® Plus Burner Insert — a 12" x 64" stainless steel unit with a drilled burner port design in 304-grade steel. At 100,000 BTU on either liquid propane or natural gas, it produces a wide, linear flame ribbon rather than a concentrated flicker, filling the entire surface with consistent fire. The table ships configured for LP, and a natural gas conversion kit is included in the box, so switching fuel sources doesn't require a return trip to the retailer.

Ignition is manual with a battery-operated sparker as standard; Electronic Direct Spark Ignition (DSI) is available for those who prefer not to crouch down with a lighter after a long day. Either way, the burner is UL Listed, which matters when you're putting real fire on a patio.

Clear tempered fire glass gems are included to fill the burner tray — they disperse the flame and catch the light without looking like afterthoughts. If you want a different look, the burner is also compatible with lava rock and other fire media sold separately. An optional glass wind guard is available as well, for those evenings when the breeze has opinions about your fire.

The table's low profile — 16 inches — suits it to conversation seating rather than dining height, and the matching Supercast™ pedestal is included, so what arrives is a complete, cohesive piece rather than a puzzle requiring sourcing. The 24-inch width keeps the footprint manageable even at full length.

A few things worth knowing before ordering: the base does not accommodate a 20 lb LP tank internally, so external tank storage will need to be planned separately. Optional stainless steel trim (SS72T) and a stainless steel burner cover (SS1264BC) are sold separately for those who want a more finished look when the fire is off.
