The DelRay Square's defining characteristic isn't just its name — the firebox is genuinely square, measuring 38" wide by 38" tall, a geometry that suits contemporary architecture far better than the wide-and-short proportions most gas fireplaces default to. The actual viewing glass stretches 33 11/16" wide by 22 7/8" tall, framed in high-temperature glass and finished in satin black paint throughout.

At the heart of the unit sits Montigo's concealed universal burner, rated at 20,500 BTU on natural gas (a propane conversion kit, model GCA020, is available separately). "Universal" means exactly what it says: this single burner platform accepts both traditional logsets and contemporary media scenes interchangeably, so the Split Oak logs you install at launch can eventually give way to the Twilight or Beach glass scene you've been considering — no burner replacement required. Media kits are sold separately and must be ordered to complete your installation.

Ignition is handled by the Proflame 2 BASIC IPI system, an intermittent pilot that lights on demand rather than burning continuously. Flame height adjusts manually between high and low settings. Efficiency comes in at 63%, and the unit is rated for elevations up to 4,500 feet. If your installation site sits higher than that, please consult with us before ordering.

Venting runs through a 5"/8" co-axial direct vent system — 5" inner diameter, 8" outer — which draws combustion air from outside and exhausts independently of your home's interior air. Framing rough-in dimensions are 40" wide × 44 7/16" tall × 18" deep, while the unit itself measures 38" × 38" × 16 1/2" and weighs 127 lbs.

The DelRay Square is certified for mobile home installation and is not rated for commercial use. A range of compatible accessories — including adjustable trim kits, fan kits, remote control upgrades, battery backup, micro mesh safety screens, and Cool Wall heat management systems — are available to round out your build.
