Fire Magic Echelon Power Burner, 60,000 BTU Stainless Steel

The Fire Magic Echelon Power Burner runs a dual-ring burner architecture that gives you an unusually wide range of heat control — from a careful 3,000 BTUs on the inner ring all the way to a commanding 45,000 BTUs on the outer ring, for a combined 60,000 BTU output. That's the kind of range that handles a delicate beurre blanc and a screaming-hot wok sear without breaking a sweat (the burner's, anyway).

At the center of the system is a 10-inch Heat Concentrating Flame Collimator — a device designed to focus and direct heat rather than let it dissipate into the open air. The result is more efficient, more directed cooking energy across your cookware's base. The included porcelain coated cast iron cooking grid pairs well with this focused heat, offering excellent retention and even distribution across the cooking surface.

Constructed from stainless steel and manufactured in the USA, this power burner is built to the standard Fire Magic customers in the Echelon line have come to expect. The back-lit control knobs are a practical touch — easy to read in low-light conditions without fumbling around during an evening cookout.

Integration is straightforward for Echelon Diamond or Aurora grill owners: the burner plugs directly into the grill's existing transformer, so no separate power supply is required in those configurations. If you're installing it as a standalone outdoor kitchen component, a separate power supply box (sold separately) handles the wiring independently. Either way, the cutout dimensions of 19" W x 18.75" D x 12" H give your installer a clean, specific target to work with.
