At 828 total square inches of cooking surface — 432 on the gas side and 396 on the charcoal side — this grill doesn't ask you to plan your cook around equipment limitations.

The gas side is anchored by two cast 304 stainless steel E-burners, each machined to a full 1/4-inch thickness for even heat distribution and genuine long-term durability. Combined output is 50,000 BTU. Add a 13,000-BTU infrared backburner for rotisserie cooking (the heavy-duty rotisserie kit is included) and a dedicated infrared left side burner, and the gas side alone covers searing, roasting, and side-dish territory without sending you back inside. Hot surface ignition handles startup with flash tube backup — no fumbling with lighters, no crossed fingers.

The charcoal side is equally well-considered. A crank-operated adjustable-height charcoal pan lets you dial in your distance from the cooking surface — closer for a proper sear, farther for low-and-slow — without moving coals by hand.
