The Aurora A660i is built around a pair of quarter-inch-thick cast 304 stainless steel E-burners — not stamped, not thin-wall — putting out a combined 50,000 BTUs across a 660 square inch primary cooking surface. Add the left-side 25,000 BTU infrared searing burner and you're working with 75,000 total BTUs before you even think about the 18,000 BTU infrared rotisserie backburner.

The patented Diamond Sear cooking grids don't just look precise; they're engineered to maximize contact between food and searing surface. Beneath them, 16-gauge stainless steel flavor grids distribute heat evenly and manage drippings, so flare-ups stay where they belong — which is to say, not on your guests.

Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) handles startup via a 120 VAC / 12 Volt system, so there's no piezo clicking, no pilot drama. The LED backlit comfort touch control knobs are readable at night, and two interior halogen lights mean you can see exactly what's happening on the grates regardless of ambient light. The double-walled tear-drop hood is spring-assisted, opens to a full 90 degrees, and houses an analog thermometer with a polished stainless steel bezel — a small detail that signals how this grill is finished overall.

Rotisserie capability is built in, not bolted on as an afterthought. The included kit covers everything: a heavy-duty motor, solid spit rod, two meat prongs, a counterbalance, and a polished stainless steel cover for the backburner when it's not in rotation.
