The two cast stainless E-burners are a full quarter-inch thick, putting out 25,000 BTU each for a combined 50,000 BTU across the 24" x 18" primary cooking surface. A 13,000 BTU backburner rounds out the heat options, giving you genuine flexibility for indirect cooking and rotisserie work.

Speaking of rotisserie: a heavy-duty rotisserie kit is included, not offered as an afterthought upgrade. Pair that with the 192 square inches of warming rack space and you have a grill that handles a full spread without forcing you to choose what gets cooked last.

The Diamond Sear cooking grids — Fire Magic's signature trapezoid-profile 304 stainless design — create pronounced, restaurant-quality sear marks while channeling drippings efficiently down to the 16-gauge stainless flavor grids below. Ignition is handled by hot surface electronic ignition, a system that lights reliably without the fussiness of spark igniters.
