Each of the four tube burners is rated at 16,000 BTU individually, giving you independent zone control across the full 36" x 18" primary surface. That matters when you're running a sear at high heat on one side and holding a gentle finish temp on the other. The dedicated 12,000-BTU rotisserie burner means your birds and roasts get their own heat source — not a workaround.

The construction is 304 stainless steel throughout, the same grade used in commercial food-service equipment and, notably, not the grade that starts looking questionable after a single rainy season. American Outdoor Grill manufactures this unit in the USA, and it shows in the fit, finish, and material consistency.

Ignition is handled by a 120-volt electronic system — reliable and consistent, without the ritual of a long-reach lighter. Once you're cooking after dark, the push-button halogen interior lighting illuminates the cooking chamber so you're not guessing at doneness by porch light.

This grill ships in a built-in configuration and can be adapted to a freestanding cart setup. It arrives set up for propane use and is convertible to natural gas. Connection hoses are sold separately: use LP hose part 5110-07 for propane or Natural Gas Quick Disconnect Hose part 5110-03 for a natural gas installation — order accordingly so you're not waiting on a fitting before your first cook.
