The American Outdoor Grill 24NPL is a 160-pound, 304 stainless steel pedestal grill that arrives ready to handle serious cooking sessions — and looks the part doing it. The 24" x 18" cooking grid gives you 432 square inches of primary grilling space, with an additional 116 square inches on the warming rack above, for 548 square inches of total real estate.

Two main burners put out a combined 64,000 BTUs (32,000 BTU primary, 10,000 BTU back burner), giving you both the searing power and the low-and-slow control that well-rounded outdoor cooking demands. Vaporizer panels sit between the burners and the cooking surface, catching drips and converting them to flavorful smoke rather than flare-ups. When the session is done, the slide-out drip tray makes cleanup a less philosophical experience.

This model includes halogen interior lighting — activated by a push button on the right side — so visibility after sundown isn't a guessing game. Back-lit knobs reinforce that after-dark usability, and the electronic push-button ignition means you're not hunting for a lighter every time. The built-in 3-hour auto shutoff timer adds a layer of safety that the previous generation of outdoor grills simply didn't consider worth including.

At 51" wide, 24.75" deep, and 48" tall on its pedestal post mount, the 24NPL occupies a purposeful footprint without overwhelming a patio. Dual side shelves provide prep and staging space, and the 120V AC power requirement supports the halogen lighting and ignition system.
