The Milan Fire Table is built from handcrafted Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete — a material chosen for its ability to hold fine architectural detail while standing up to heat, weather, and the general indignities of outdoor life. At 72 inches wide and just 16 inches tall, this is a low-profile, lounge-height piece designed to sit at the center of a seating arrangement, not tower above it.

The 48-inch linear stainless steel burner runs nearly the full length of the table, producing a long, even flame ribbon rather than a single concentrated fire. On manual ignition, output is 65,000 BTUs for both natural gas and liquid propane. Opt for the FyreStarter electronic ignition system and that figure climbs to 75,000 BTUs — and you gain a remote control kit included in the box, so adjusting the flame from your chair is entirely respectable.

Seven handcrafted GFRC finishes are available — White Aspen, Cafe Blanco, Black Lava, Smoke, Travertine, Dark Basalt, and Light Basalt — each mixed and applied by hand, which means subtle variation is a feature, not a flaw. The 215-pound construction is substantial enough that it stays put; plan accordingly before choosing its permanent address.

A few practical notes worth knowing upfront: the Milan does not accommodate a propane tank internally. Liquid propane users will need an optional tank cover or side table (sold separately), along with the appropriate hose. Natural gas installations include a flex connector in the box. Media is also sold separately — the burner requires either 35 lbs of glass media or 20 lbs of lava media to finish the look; lava granules base media are included to get you started.

If the 16-inch table height doesn't suit your seating situation, American Fyre Designs also offers the Milan Tall at 32 inches — the same design language, scaled for bar or counter-height use. For most lounge and conversation setups, though, the standard Milan sits exactly where it should.
