The Montigo Divine HL38 Corner Right is built around a straightforward premise: two glass faces are better than one. With a 39 1/4" front glass opening and a 22 1/4" side glass panel, this fireplace occupies a corner the way a corner fireplace actually should — facing two rooms, or at minimum giving one room a reason to rearrange the furniture.
The 2nd Generation Contemporary Linear Burner runs on liquid propane at up to 32,000 BTU, and the Proflame 2 IPI (Intermittent Pilot Ignition) system means the pilot light is only running when you need it. That's a meaningful efficiency detail, not a footnote. Ignition, flame height, and overall operation are managed through the included multi-function remote with Hi-Lo flame control — so once the fireplace is installed, you may not need to stand in front of it for any reason other than enjoying it.
Ice fireglass comes standard — five bags of it — sitting beneath the contemporary linear burner and scattering light the way decorative media is supposed to. A micro mesh screen is included as well, keeping the aesthetic clean while the unit operates as a direct vent system with a 5" inner vent and 8" outer vent, compatible with Montigo's 5"/8" direct vent components.
Framing dimensions are 43 3/4" wide by 44" tall by 25 1/4" deep, giving builders and designers a concrete envelope to work within. The glass opening height across the front is 24 3/4". These are the numbers your installer will actually need, and they're all here.
Battery backup is included, which means a power outage doesn't also have to be a cold one. This is a residential unit — not rated for commercial use — and is not a customizable configuration. What you see in the specification sheet is what ships.
If your layout calls for a right-hand corner installation and you're working with liquid propane, the HL38CRLI-2 is the correct SKU. The corresponding natural gas version is HL38CRNI-2, sold separately.
