Both meet ANSI standards, so either way you're working with a certified, safety-reviewed system.

For propane use, the table accommodates a 5-gallon propane tank, which is not included but is a standard, widely available size. Natural gas installation connects to a dedicated gas line — consult a licensed professional for that work if you haven't already.

The Cosmopolitan is designed to work with a purpose-built accessory ecosystem. The 36" Square Fire Table Cover (Model 8132A) protects the surface between uses, and the Square Glass Wind Guard (Model 8202-WG, measuring 19.25" W x 19.25" D x 6.75" H) keeps the flame stable when the weather doesn't cooperate. The wind guard is cross-compatible with the Cosmo Square (640), Contempo Square (784), and Voro Square Fire Tables (725 and 726), which is worth knowing if your collection grows.

The Silver Pine finish on the reclaimed wood top brings a weathered, organic quality that contrasts well against the Black Lava concrete base — the combination reads as considered rather than accidental.
